SMS Terms

ALIVE phone verification is operated by Northern Solutions LLC. These terms cover SMS codes used to register, sign in, or verify an ALIVE account. They do not describe marketing texts or in-app chat messages.

How the program works

By entering your phone number in ALIVE and tapping the button to request a code, you request a one-time verification text at that number. You may receive another code when you make a later request or use a permitted retry. Message frequency varies with your requests. Message and data rates may apply. The service is available only where delivery is supported.

Consent, STOP, and HELP

Do not request a code for a number you do not control. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to an ALIVE verification text where two-way SMS is supported, or stop requesting codes in the app. For help, reply HELP where supported or contact support@northernsolutions.co. Because verification texts are triggered by an account request, stopping them may prevent phone sign-in; another available sign-in method may still work. Reply handling depends on carrier and sender capabilities.

Delivery and account safety

Keep your verification code private. Delivery timing is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may limit or reject code requests to protect users and prevent abuse.
